With approximately 8 feet of water depth off the end of your private dock, you can jump right in for a refreshing swim, cast your line for an afternoon of fishing, or simply lounge in the sun. For the adventurous spirits, kayaks are provided for exploring the lake's serene beauty. For boat lovers, the property features a covered boat slip to dock your watercraft. The neighborhood boat launch is just yards away, providing effortless access to the water.

To get you started...
The bathrooms are stocked with courtesy soaps and shampoos designed for quick "off the shelf" use.  Each bathroom has a roll of septic-friendly toilet tissue as a starter. You are encouraged to bring whatever you feel you might need beyond the courtesy items provided.

The kitchens are stocked with one roll of paper towels, one trash bag for the kitchen trashcan, trial-size dish soap, two dishwasher pods and 1 sponge.  You are encouraged to bring whatever you feel you might need beyond the courtesy items provided.

A few more tid-bits...  :)

*  The house, like 99% of all lake homes on Lake Gaston, uses a septic system.  This system is a finely balanced biological system.  Please help us keep it working flawlessly by flushing ONLY toilet paper.  Renters are responsible for any damage caused by misuse.

*   Bow-Riders and deep draft Wake Board boats need to check their Hummingbirds to ensure adequate depth in all coves.  Pontoons should have no issues and everyone is welcome to tie off at the dock with rental boats.(make sure to bring your bumpers!).

*  Culverts & Bridges:  Be sure to lower your bimini top when going under bridges or through culverts.  Appearances can be deceiving!

*  Security Camera Disclosure:  We take your privacy very seriously.  However, this home may be monitored by exterior security cameras.  The cameras do not record sound.  Please let us know if this is an issue with your party for any reason.

Linens Provided:  Linens are charged as a separate mandatory fee at checkout and will be available at the home, safety-sealed, at the foot of each bed.  

Towels Provided:   Each guest is provided a bath towel and a washcloth as part of the linen package. Guests will find their bath towels folded on each bed. NOTE: We do not provide beach towels!

Check-in 4pm | Check-out: 10am 
Arriving before check-in time or departing after check-out time without prior approval will result in a fee of $200.
**Early check-in and late check-out are usually available during the off season for a fee. By purchasing these options you will be able to enter or exit the property at 1:00pm.

Age Requirement: A minimum age requirement for the responsible party bookiing the reservation is 25 years old.  The responsible party must be on the premises at all times and may not book on behalf of another guest.

No Large Events or Parties
This home is intended to be used as a vacation spot for small groups ONLY. Any evidence of excessive or disrespectful use of the property will result in eviction and forfeiture of the security deposit. If you would like to hold a small birthday party, or small event at the property, please speak to management before booking and request approval. No events will be allowed that exceed the maximum capacity of the home. 

No Pets
With the execption of service animals, no pets are permitted at the property for any reason. 

No Smoking
Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. 

Cancellation Policy
Reservations cancelled up to 30 days before arrival will receive 100% refund. Reservations cancelled between 14-29 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.
